At Nishat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn garments with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Nishat account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the invoice is included to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
